The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Junction Located At Ul. Lokajskiego 2 On Plot No. 10, Precinct 1-11-09 In Warsaw, In Accordance With The Attached Project Of Technology And Automation Of The Heat Substation Together With The Electrical Industry, Agreed Upon By Veolia S.A., And Stwior (Sanitary Industry, Electrical Industry), Developed By The Design Office: Santerm, Based At Ul. Ryżowa 48/157 In Warsaw. Scope Of The Subject Of The Orderthe Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction And Installation Works Consisting In A Comprehensive Renovation Of The Existing Heating Substation, Including The Replacement Of Technological Devices, Fittings, Pipelines, Automation And Measurement Systems, The Implementation Of Thermal Insulation, Carrying Out Tests And Commissioning Of The Installation, And The Performance Of The Necessary Construction Works In The Substation Room. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1. Renovation Of The Heating Station - The Task Should Include, Among Others: 1) Dismantling Of Existing Devices And Installations To The Extent Necessary To Complete The Task, 2) Delivery And Installation Of Heat Exchangers For Central Heating And Hot Water Installations, 3) Delivery And Installation Of Central Heating Circulation Pumps. And Domestic Hot Water,4) Delivery And Installation Of A Diaphragm Expansion Vessel With Accessories,5) Installation Of Magnetic Sludge Cleaners, Mesh Filters And Magnetic Filters,6) Installation Of Ball, Check, Balancing, Safety, Anti-Pollution And Vent Valves,7) Installation Of Drainage And Venting Of The Installation,8) Installation Of Water Meters, Heat Meters, And Control And Measurement Equipment,9) Installation Of Connections Welded And Necessary Assembly Works.2. Automation And Regulation - The Task Should Include, Among Others: 1) Delivery And Installation Of An Electronic Controller For The Heating Substation, 2) Installation Of Control Valves With Actuators, 3) Installation Of External Temperature Sensors, Central Heating. And Domestic Hot Water, 4) Installation Of Safety Thermostats, 5) Making The Necessary Connections And Configuration Of The Automatic Regulation System Of The Node. 3. Pipe Installations - The Task Should Include: 1) Installation Of New Steel Pipelines On The Network And Installation Sides, 2) Installation Of Installation Distributors, 3) Installation Of Stainless Steel Pipelines For Utility Water Installations, 4) Execution Of Welded And Pressed Connections, 5) Cleaning, Priming And Anti-Corrosion Painting Of Pipelines And Distributors. 4. Thermal Insulation - The Task Should Include, Among Others: 1) Thermal Insulation Of Pipelines And Manifolds, 2) Installation Of Protective Coats And Insulation Of Technological Equipment, 3) Use Of Laggings With Thicknesses Consistent With The Design Documentation And Applicable Regulations.5.
