1. The Subject Of The Order Includes Winter Maintenance Of Pedestrian Routes And Sidewalks In The Winter Seasons 2026/2027. The Subject Of The Order Includes Winter Maintenance Of Pedestrian Routes And Sidewalks In The Winter Season 2026/2027 In Accordance With Standard No. 5 Specified In The Ordinance Of The Mayor Of Kluczbork On Winter Maintenance Standards Of Municipal Roads In Force At The Time Of The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order. The Detailed Scope Of Services Is Specified In Annexes No. 8 To The Terms Of Reference. Under This Order, The Contractor Is Obliged, Among Others, To: To Provide Equipment Used To Perform The Subject Of The Order, I.E.: - Tractors With A Power Of Up To 30 Km For Clearing Snow From Sidewalks - 2 Pcs., On The Date And Place Indicated By The Ordering Party In Order To Install Devices For Monitoring The Operation Of The Equipment. The Installation Of Gps Devices Will Be Performed By The Supplier Of The Equipment Monitoring System. In The Event Of Damage To The Devices For Monitoring The Operation Of The Equipment Due To The Contractors Fault, The Cost Of Their Repair Shall Be Borne By The Contractor. Equipment Operating Time Will Be Settled Based On Printouts From The Monitoring System. The Operation Of The Equipment Will Be Considered As The Time From The Moment Of Arriving At The Sidewalks And Starting Spreading And Clearing Snow Or Clearing Snow Until The Moment Of Leaving The Sidewalks And Stopping The Operation Of The Spreading Or Snow Removal Equipment. The Ordering Party Will Include Only Two 15-Minute Breaks In Every 8 Hours Of Equipment Operation, Regardless Of Their Cause. The Contractor Is Obliged To Take Actions That Are The Subject Of The Contract No Later Than 2 Hours From The Moment Of Receiving The Notification From The Ordering Party. Indicating The Time To Take Action Longer Than 2 Hours From The Moment Of Accepting The Notification From The Ordering Party Will Result In The Offer Being Rejected. 2. Common Procurement Vocabulary Code Cpv: 90620000 - 9: Snow Removal Services 90630000 - 2: Ice Removal Services The Contractor Will Indicate In The Offer The Parts Of The Order That He Intends To Subcontract To Subcontractors Or The Names (Companies) Of The Subcontractors Whose Resources The Contractor Relies On Under The Principles Specified In Art. 22A In Order To Demonstrate Compliance With The Conditions For Participation In The Proceedings Referred To In Art. 22 Section 1B. 3. The Rules Regarding The Employment And Settlement Of Subcontractors Are Included In § 9, 10 And 11 Of The Contract Template Constituting An Integral Part Of The Specification, I.E. Annex No. 7.
