The Task Includes All Activities Related To The Construction Of A Single-Story Third-Party Liability Warehouse Building In Radłów With A Built-Up Area Of 208.54 M2 And A Usable Area Of 195.44 M2 Indicated In The Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Prepared For This Task, I.E.: Earthworks, Construction Of Foundation Footings And A Strip Foundation With Reinforcement, Assembly Of A Steel Structure And Construction Of Reinforced Concrete Structural Elements, Construction Of A Floor, Erection Walls Made Of Ceramic Hollow Bricks With Installation Of Sandwich Wall Panels, Execution Of Roofing Made Of Sandwich Panels, Security, Insulation And Protective Works, Installation Of Gate And Door Joinery, Finishing Works, Hardening Of The Area, Development Of The Area In Front Of The Facility. The Scope Of The Task Also Includes Electrical Works, Including Internal Electrical Installations. The Order Is To Be Carried Out On Plots No. 842, 843, 845, 846, 847, 848 And 849, Registration Unit 160805_2 Radłów, Registration District 0065 Radłów. The Detailed Scope Of Works And The Method Of Their Implementation Are Specified In The Bills Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz, Design Documentation, Including Technical Designs Constituting Annex No. Annex No. 8 To The Swz.
