4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Two Multi-Functional Water Reservoirs In Wygnanów Commune. Sławno Poviat Opoczyński, In Accordance With The Developed Design Documentation - The Design And Build Formula. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Will Prepare And Agree On The Design Documentation With The Ordering Party, And Then, Based On It, Will Perform Construction Works Consisting Of The Renovation Of Ponds In Accordance With The Functional And Utility Program (Hereinafter Referred To As Ffu).4.2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain All Consents And Administrative Decisions Required By Law Regarding The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order.4.3. As Part Of The Preparation Of Documentation, In Particular: A) Develop Executive Designs Containing Detailed Technical Solutions Enabling The Proper Execution Of The Order, B) Prepare Applications For Granting Permits/Consents Required For The Investment And Obtain A Set Of Decisions/Permits In This Regard, C) Prepare A Bill Of Quantities And An As-Built Cost Estimate.4.4. Detailed Conditions For The Implementation Of The Agreement And Its Scope, Including The Scope Of Design Work And Works, Are Specified In The Functional And Utility Program (Hereinafter Also Referred To As: Ffu) Together With The Annexes And The Draft Agreement - Appendix No. 2 To The Swz, And In The Scope Of The Works Performed, The Developed Design Documentation.
