Delivery Of Firefighters Clothing - The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 13A To The Swz. 9) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Exercise The Option Right Referred To In Art. 441 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, For Part 1 Of This Procedure, Until December 7, 2026. The Option Right Will Be Exercised On The Same Terms And Within The Same Deadlines As The Basic Order. The Unit Price Of The Assortment From The Basic Order And The Same Assortment Covered By The Option Right Will Be Identical. In The Event Of Discrepancies In The Unit Prices Of The Assortment From The Basic Order And The Same Assortment Covered By The Option Right, The Ordering Party Will Consider The Unit Price Of The Assortment From The Basic Order To Be Correct, After Prior Notification To The Contractor Pursuant To Art. 223 Section 2 Points 3 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Use All Or Part Of The Order Covered By The Option Right In Any Quantity, And The Contractor Declares That It Will Not Make Any Claims In This Respect.
