1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of Part Of The Amicus Student Dormitory, Located At Ul. Chopina 55 In Szczecin, Including: 1) Carrying Out The Following Construction Works In The Build Formula: A. Reconstruction Of Kitchen Rooms - Scope I And Ii - Works Carried Out On The Basis Of A Building Permit; B. Reconstruction Of Rooms - Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit.2) Carrying Out Construction Works In The Design And Build Formula, Including The Modernization Of 3 Passenger Lifts With The Adaptation Of Shafts, Machine Rooms And The Modernization Of The Accompanying Infrastructure;3) Service And Maintenance Of Passenger Lifts In The Period From Taking Over The Construction Site For The Purpose Of Carrying Out Construction Works In The Scope Of Modernization Of 3 Passenger Lifts Until The Expiry Of The Warranty Period Granted By The Contractor.2. The Scope (Subject Matter) Of This Order To Be Performed By The Contractor Includes In Particular The Following Obligations: 1) Selection, Assignment Of Design And Construction Works Constituting The Subject Of This Order, And Maintaining Appropriate Executive Staff Throughout The Period Of Implementation Of These Works, Including Persons Authorized To Design Construction Works Of The Type And Qualifications Indicated In § 7 Section 2 Of Part A Of The Template Agreement And § 5 Section 2 Of Part A Of The Contract Template (Appendix No. 7 Swz);2) Taking Possession Of The Construction Site For The Duration Of Construction Works Related To The Subject Of This Order, Appropriate Preparation Of This Area, Securing And Maintaining It;3) Obtaining, Purchasing And Delivering Construction Materials And Equipment To The Construction Site;4) Ensuring Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of Construction Works Related To The Subject Of This Order;5) Preparing And Issuing To The Ordering Party The Required Design Documentation, Technical Documentation And Post-Construction Documentation Of Construction Works Related To The Subject Of This Order;6) Transfer To The Ordering Partys Proprietary Copyrights To The Design Documentation And As-Built Documentation From This Order; 7) Granting The Ordering Party A Guarantee For The Construction Works And Installed Cranes Performed Under This Order, As Well As For The Products, Materials And Construction Devices Built-In, Installed Or Otherwise Used In The Execution Of These Works, In Particular Passenger Lifts And Ventilation. The Minimum Required Warranty Period Must Be 60 Months From The Date Of Final Acceptance;8) Removal Of All Defects And Failures Under The Warranty Granted And Under The Warranty For Defects In The Subject Of This Order;9) Service And Maintenance Of Cranes.3. A Detailed Description Of Construction Works, Design Works And Servicing Services Which Are The Subject Of The Procedure Under This Announcement, Terms Of Contract Execution, Including Detailed Provisions Regarding The Information Provided In Section 2 Above And The Mutu
