1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Replacement Of A Passenger Lift Along With Accompanying Works In The Building Of The Provincial Specialist Team In Rzeszów, Ul. Hetmańska 120, 35 – 078 Rzeszów. 1) The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: A) Dismantling Of The Existing Lift With Removal Of The Dismantled Lift, Electrical Power Supply Installation, Rubble, Scrap And Oil And Their Disposal, B) Protection Against Unauthorized Access Of The Door Openings Created After Dismantling The Landing Doors Of The Current Lift, C) Delivery And Installation In The Existing Shaft Of A Brand New Passenger Lift Adapted To Transport Disabled People, Performing The Necessary Electrical And Construction Works, Including: - Adapting The Electrical And Telecommunications Installations To The New Operating Conditions Of The Installed Lift, - Adapting The Lighting Installation And Accessories In The Shaft, - Replacing The Elevators Electrical Protection, - Plugging Unnecessary Openings Between The Shaft And The Engine Room, - Renewing The Paint Coatings Of The Elevator Shaft (Including The Engine Room And The Shaft Pit), - Performing All Accompanying Works: Demolition, Bricklaying, Plastering, Painting Within The Scope Of The Work Performed.2) The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain The Necessary Consents And Decisions Of The Office Of Technical Inspection Authorizing The Operation. The Contractor Submits An Application To The Office Of Technical Inspection. The Cost Of Preparing Technical Documentation Is Charged To The Contractor.3) The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare The Lift And Participate In Annual Periodic Tests Before The Inspector Of The Technical Office.4) Providing A Warranty For Devices, Installations And Accessories As Well As For All Work Performed Requires A Minimum Warranty Period Of At Least 36 Months, Counted From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol And Putting The Lift Into Operation. (Warranty Period - Offer Evaluation Criterion).5) On The Date Of Final Technical Acceptance, The Contractor Is Obliged To Have The Required And Necessary As-Built Documentation (Including Certificates, Attestations, Technical Cards, Authorizations), Which Should Include Technical Data (Sizes). - Technical Specification Of The Offered Elevator, Containing At Least Technical Parameters Enabling The Assessment Of Compliance With The Ordering Partys Requirements; - Documents Confirming The Manufacturers Authorization To Deliver And Install The Device.2. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In: 1) Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract 2) Designed Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract - Constituting Annexes To The Swz And Available In Separate Files.
