Date Added: August 5, 2026 Deadline: 15/08/2026 Category: Cleaning and Maintenance, Repairs & Maintenance SOLICITATION PR16132704 REPAIR/CLEANING OF KITCHEN ANSUL FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEM DUE: AUGUST 15, 2026 The UNITED STATES EMBASSY IN ABUJA has a requirement for a qualified fire protection contractor to carry out repairs on the Annex kitchen Ansul fire suppression system and to professionally clean the kitchen exhaust hood, ductwork, filters, and roof exhaust fan, as per the attached Statement of Work. All interested and qualified firms are invited to attend a site visit and submit a proposal. The schedule for the site visit is as follows: Date: August 12, 2026 Time: 10:00 a.m. Venue: Main Visitor Entrance, The Chancery, U.S. Embassy, Plot 1075 Diplomatic Drive, Abuja. Embassy personnel will escort attendees to the Annex Building. The contractor is responsible for verifying all dimensions, material quantities, and existing conditions prior to submitting a quote. To attend the site visit and ensure access to the compound: Please respond by close of business on August 10, 2026 with, for each representative: full name exactly as shown on the ID Limit attendance to two representatives per firm. Representatives must arrive 15 minutes early for check-in. Personal electronic devices, including mobile phones, are subject to Embassy security screening and may not be permitted inside. Bring a notebook, pen, and tape measure for site measurements. To ensure your proposal is valid, please adhere to the following quote submission guidelines: Technical Proposal: This must include Your methodology for fulfilling the requirements, including sequencing, system impairment management, and testing. A performance schedule, specifications/materials, samples/pictures/complete drawings. Confirm that all suppression components are manufacturer-listed for the installed system. Your performance history with valid contact information (name, telephone, email) for at least three contracts of similar scope performed in the last three years. Additionally, Include your Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) registration certificate, Provide your UEI and proof of active registration in SAM.gov, Provide evidence of a minimum of three years hands-on experience in installation, repair, or modification of fire alarm and suppression systems, together with certificates for each technician who will perform the work, Provide a summary of your safety approach, including any high-risk activities under FAR 52.236-13 Alternate I. The full Site Safety and Health Plan is due 10 working days before any on-site activity if awarded. Offers must remain valid for a minimum of 45 days from the submission deadline. Expected completion timeframe: work shall commence within 10 days of the Notice to Proceed and reach final completion within 15 calendar days Note that the kitchen suppression system will be out of service during portions of this work. The contractor shall submit a written impairment notice to the COR before taking the system offline and coordinate the duration of each impairment. Account for this in your schedule.2. Price Proposal: Provide a unique price for each line item in the schedule below (DO NOT provide a lump sum price quote). Quotes priced in the aggregate only will be rejected. Quote is inclusive of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, mobilization and demobilization, supervision, and waste disposal. Prices shall be firm-fixed-price.
