The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is: Major Repair Of Road Nkv1249 /Iii-505/ Koren - Krivo Pole - Elena - Border Municipality. (Haskovo-Harmanli) - Bolyarski Izvor Overhaul The Aim Of The Project Is To Restore The Transport And Operational Qualities Of The Road, In Order To Ensure Conditions For The Safety Of Motor Vehicles And The Comfort Of Travelers The Construction, Subject Of This Public Procurement, Is Category Iii, According To Art. 137, Para. 1, Item 3 G Of Zut. And Art. 7, Para. 1 Of Ordinance No. 1 On The Nomenclature Of Construction Types. The Design Solution Can Be Conditionally Divided Into Two Sections With A Different Approach When Carrying Out The Repair Works. From The Starting Point At The Intersection With The National Road Sh-505 In The Village Of Koren At Km 0+000 To The Flat Drain In The Village Of Elena At Km 10+742, Rehabilitation Of The Pavement Is Planned According To Detailed Tables. From Km 10+742 To Km 12+944 At The End Of The Project Section, Due To The Established Complete Destruction Of The Pavement, Reconstruction Is Planned. For This Purpose, The Asphalt Layers Will Be Milled And The Crushed Stone Base Layers Will Be Preserved, Which Will Serve As The Ground Base Of The New Road Structure. The Project Solution For The Restoration Of The Road Route Has Been Developed With Technical Elements For 60 Km/H. In Some Sections, Where The Existing Longitudinal Slopes, Horizontal And Vertical Curves Of The Road Do Not Allow Reaching The Design Speed, It Is Foreseen To Limit It With Administrative Measures - Placing The Necessary Road Signs. The Implementation Of The Various Types Of Works During The Reconstruction Of The Road, As Well As The Inserted Materials, Must Meet The Current Standards And The Requirements Of The Technical Specification Of Api 2025
