Chmielna Within Niemce, Niemce Commune. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of Three Multi-Family Residential Buildings Along With Land Development On Plots No. 26/73 And 26/84 Located At Ul. Chmielna In The Registration Area 0017 Niemce, Registration Unit 060911_2 Niemce. Multi-Family Buildings Are Buildings With A Rectangular Shape. Buildings With Four Above-Ground Residential Floors And One Underground Floor, Which Will House Storage Rooms, A Water Meter Room, A Telecommunications Room, A Heating Room And A Utility Room. The Buildings Include One Staircase Equipped With A Passenger Lift Serving Each Floor. There Will Be 6 Residential Units On Each Above-Ground Floor, Including One Unit For Disabled People On The Ground Floor. The Buildings Will Contain A Total Of 72 Residential Units. Each Apartment Consists Of The Following Rooms: Living Room With Kitchenette, Bathroom, Communication, Bedroom And/Or Room/Rooms Depending On The Type Of Apartment. Each Apartment Has Access To A Balcony. The Scope Of Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Will Include Works In The Following Industries: A) Construction Industry - External And Internal Works, B) Electrical Industry - External And Internal Works, C) Sanitary Industry - External And Internal Works, D) Road Industry. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 1 To The Swz And In Annex No. 2, Which Consists Of The Following Documents: − Design Documentation, − Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwior), − Bill Of Quantities. And Also In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz. Due To The Fact That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be A Lump Sum, When Pricing The Offer, The Contractor Should Rely On The Scope Indicated In The Design Documentation. The Bill Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary Nature. The Occurrence, During The Implementation Of The Contract, Of Works Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities Or Works In A Larger Quantity Than That Accepted In The Bill Of Quantities Will Not Entitle The Contractor To Demand Additional Remuneration - If These Works Were Included In The Design Documentation.
