Statutory Audit Services – Accountancy Services Performing Arts Fund. The Purpose Of This Tender Is To Conclude An Agreement With One Accounting Firm For The Performance Of The Accounting Services Of Fonds Podiumkunsten. The Agreement Will Be Entered Into For A Period Of Four Years, Starting From The 2027 Financial Year. This Means That The Agreement Applies To The Financial Years 2027, 2028, 2029 And 2030. The Agreement Ends By Operation Of Law. If Both Parties Are Satisfied With The Progress Of The Work, The Agreement Can Be Tacitly Extended A Maximum Of Two Times For A Period Of Two Years. The Accounting Services Include Auditing The Annual Accounts, Providing An Auditors Report To The Supervisory Board And Issuing A Report Of Findings. The Usual Advisory Activities For The Board Of Directors And The Supervisory Board Are Also Part Of The Accounting Services.
