The Aok Community, Consisting Of The Eleven Independent Aoks (Corporations Under Public Law), Their It Service Providers (Organized As Working Groups Or Civil Law Companies), Aok Systems Gmbh And The Aok-Bundesverband Egbr, Is Planning To Introduce A New So-Called Aok Hr It Master Based On Sap Hcm For S/4Hana (H4s4) And Sap Successfactors Employee Central With Sap Successfactors Time Tracking And Sap Bw/4Hana And Sap Build (The Overall Project). The Technical Hr Processes That Were Previously Managed Independently By The Individual Aoks - Some With Their Own Human Resources Departments, Others Organized Centrally Or At Various Locations In Germany - Are To Be Standardized, More Centralized And Largely Relocated To The Cloud As Part Of The Project. In Order To Implement The Overall Project, The Clients Need Support From External Service Providers, Particularly In The Form Of Consulting Services In The Broadest Sense. These Services Are Divided Into Several Lots, Which Are Commissioned Separately In Separate Procurement Procedures. The Subject Of The Current Tender For Lot 2 Is The Complete Conception And Implementation Of The Entire Etl Process (Extract, Transform, Load) For Data Migration From The 13 Existing Local Sap Ecc Hcm Systems To Sap Successfactors Employee Central And H4s4. The Commissioned Service Includes, In Particular, The Error-Free Data Migration Of All Relevant Data Into The New Aok Hr-It Master Using A Tried-And-Tested, Tool-Supported Process Model, Which Includes, Among Other Things, A Clear Concept For The Etl Activities Including Data Cleansing Activities By The Client As Well As The Corresponding Documentation By The End Of Saps Extended Maintenance For Sap Ecc Hcm (Currently December 31, 2030) At The Latest. The Project Is A Central Component Of The Aok Community’S Digital Hr Transformation. The Lot 2 Contractor Will Play A Key Role In The Commissioning Of The New System. The Clients Reserve The Right To Only Award The Contract If All License Agreements Required For The Implementation Of The Overall Project (See Section 3 Of The Service Description, Appendix B2 Of The Tender Documents) Have Been Concluded With Sap Deutschland Se & Co. Kg. Otherwise, The Clients Reserve The Right To Cancel The Award Procedure Without Awarding The Contract. Otherwise, Section 63 Vgv Applies.
