Stefan Cel Mare No. 4 1Xjt A Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded For A Period Of 12 Months, In Order To Ensure The Feeding Of The Hospitals Consumers For A Period That Exceeds The Annual Budget. The Estimated Minimum And Maximum Quantity Of The Framework Agreement/Of The Largest Subsequent Contract Can Be Found In The Specifications. The Subsequent Contracts Will Be Concluded Monthly, Quarterly Or Semiannually, Including The Necessary Consumption/Month, Quarter Or Semester, Depending On The Existing Budget Of The Contracting Authority At The Time Of The Need To Conclude Them. The Term Of Month, Quarter Or Semester Refers To The Period Of 1, 3 Or 6 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, Not To The Month, Quarter Or Calendar Semester. In The Conditions In Which The Quantity Entered In The Subsequent Contract Proves To Be Insufficient For The Duration Of The Entire Contract - Due To The Variation In Consumption Determined By Weather Conditions, The Number Of Patients, Etc. - The Contract Will Terminate Before Its Duration, And Another Subsequent Contract Will Be Concluded. In The Conditions Where The Quantity Entered In The Subsequent Contract Turns Out To Be Greater Than The Actual Requirement For The Duration Of The Entire Contract - Due To The Variation In Consumption Determined By Weather Conditions, The Number Of Patients, Etc. - The Contract Is Extended By Concluding An Additional Act.
