The Order Will Be Awarded In Stages. Commissioning Additional Service Levels Is An Option Without Any Entitlement To It. The Building Should Be Designed In A Compact, Sustainable, Structurally Simple Manner, Ideally With A High Degree Of Prefabrication Or Modular Construction In Order To Meet The Demands Of Military Use. The Building Is To Be Constructed As A Low-Energy Building (Efficiency Buildingbund 40). The Total Usable Area Is Approx. 1,200 M². The Project Will Be Built On A Vacant Building Site. The Construction Time Should Be Approx. 24 Months. The Estimated Total Construction Costs (Including Pro Rata Additional Construction Costs) Amount To Approximately 8,700,000 Euros.
