Sale Of Travel Tickets And Package Tours Services - Provision Of Plane Tickets For The Transportation Of Passengers And Luggage During Business Trips In The Country And Abroad For The Needs Of The Bnr. The Purpose Of This Public Procurement Is To Provide Air Tickets For The Transportation Of Passengers And Luggage During Business Trips In The Country And Abroad For The Needs Of The Bnr. The Execution Of The Public Procurement Should Comply With The Requirements Specified In The Technical Specification - Section Ii. From The Participation Documentation, The Contract For The Performance Of The Order, As Well As The Good Commercial Practices In The Service Sector, Subject Of The Order. The Participant Undertakes To Provide 24-Hour Service By Providing The Possibility To Receive And Fulfill Requests At Least From 8:30 A.M. To 5:00 P.M. Every Working Day, And If Necessary Outside Of This Time, On Weekends And Holidays, So That In Exceptional Circumstances, It Can Make Changes To An Existing Reservation/Ticket, Including Issuing A New One And Sending It To An Email/Mobile Phone. The Participant Must Deliver The Documents For Air Transportation Ordered By The Contracting Authority Electronically Or Upon Request - In Paper Form, On Site - At The Building Of The Bnr, At The Address Dragan Tsankov Blvd. No. 4, Sofia 1040, Or At Another Place Indicated By The Contracting Authority. Upon Inquiry, To Provide A Written Response To The Contracting Authority Within 1 (One) Hour Of Receiving The Inquiry. After The Final Selection Of The Travel Option By The Contractor, The Participant Must Provide Confirmation Of The Flight Reservation Within 1 (One) Hour. Quantity And Volume: For A Period Of One Year, The Volume Of Air Tickets Issued Is Approximately 160 (One Hundred And Sixty) Pieces, And This Value Is Used As A Guide In Determining The Estimated Volume Of The Service. The Estimated Number Of Tickets For The Duration Of The Contract Is 480 (Four Hundred And Eighty) Pieces. The Number Of Tickets Is Estimated And The Employer Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Exceed Them For The Duration Of The Contract. The Term For The Implementation Of The Activities Subject To The Public Procurement Is 36 (Thirty-Six) Months, Counted From The Date Of Entry Into Force Of The Contract.
