Liquid Dielectric Transformers – Single-Phase Power Transformers 16 Mva 110/25 Kv. To Supply Electricity To The Contact Line Of The Electrified Railway, Single-Phase Tmus-Ns 16 Mva Power Transformers Are Installed In The Railway Traction Substations. These Transformers, Which Are Intended For Exclusive Use In This Type Of Installations, Have Exceeded Their Normal Operating Life, Being Installed During The Construction Of The Substations, During The Electrification Of The Railway Sections. Many Of The Mentioned Transformers Operate At The Minimum Limit Of The Characteristics And Are No Longer Safe In Operation, Being Repaired Only Accidentally In The Case Of Minor Defects, By Changing The Damaged Parts When This Was Possible. Many Of These Transformers Are Taken Out Of Service Because They Have Major Internal Defects, And Their Repair Can Only Be Done In Factory Conditions, At Extremely High Costs. The Main Causes Of The Defects Occurring In These Transformers Are The Decrease Of The Internal Insulation Resistance Below The Permitted Limit, Internal Short Circuits, Damage To The Sealing Elements (Gaskets, Valves, Pipes, Etc.), As Well As The Decrease In Time Of The Dielectric Characteristic Of The Insulating Oil. The Purchase Is Made To Replace The Power Transformers Which, Due To Breakdowns And Advanced Age, Are No Longer Safe To Use, I.E. No Longer Reliably Perform The Basic Function Of Ensuring The Supply Of Electricity, Leading To Affecting The Regularity Of Train Traffic. Under These Conditions, It Is Necessary To Purchase Standardized Single-Phase Power Transformers 16 Mva 110/ 25 Kv, With Characteristics And Technical Performance Corresponding To Current Technologies, Which Will Allow Their Installation In Place Of The Transformers Currently Used. The Purchase Of New Transformers Will Lead To An Increase In The Reliability And Availability Of Equipment In Railway Electric Traction Substations, To A Reduction In The Number Of Disturbances And The Number Of Installations Taken Out Of Operation And Will Contribute To The Reduction Of Costs Associated With Maintenance Activities. The Quantity Of Products Is In Accordance With The Provisions Of Specification No. 3/844/2026, Integral Part Of The Award Documentation
