As Part Of The “Forum” Project At The Friedrich Schiller University Jena, Lot 407 Includes The Execution Of All Heating And Plumbing Installations For The New Communication Center Building As Well As The Renovation Of The Listed Griesbach Annex. The Services Include The Drinking Water, Wastewater And Rainwater Systems, A District Heating Supply With House Connection Station, Heating Distribution Networks, Surface Heating, Radiators As Well As The Complete Equipment Of The Sanitary Areas With Sanitary Objects, Fittings, Pre-Wall Elements And Hygiene Equipment. Particular Emphasis Is Placed On Accessibility, Drinking Water Hygiene And Energy-Efficient Building Technology. In Addition, There Is A Maintenance And Inspection Contract For The Heating And Sanitary Systems, Which Includes Regular Maintenance, Inspection And Minor Repair Work Over A Contract Period Of Four Years.
