The Contract Covers: - Selective Door-To-Door Collection Of Household And Similar Waste Sorted At Source Into Organic And Residual Fractions Every Two Weeks (Odd Weeks) Throughout The Municipal Territory. - Weekly Emptying Of 9 770-Liter Containers For The Residual Fraction And 4 140-Liter Containers For Organic Matter From The “Les Jardins D’Elisabeth” Home, Rue Du Bac, 2 In Waimes. - An Option Is Provided To Allow The Contracting Authority To Temporarily Increase The Collection Frequency, By Activating An Additional Passage In Even Weeks During A Period Of Three Months In Summer. This Option May Be Activated No Later Than April 30 Of The Year Concerned By Written Notification From The Contracting Authority. The Period Covered Covers The Months Of June, July And August, Unless Otherwise Specified In The Notification. The Holder Must, In This Case, Ensure Weekly Collection (Every Week) Of Residual Household Waste During The Specified Period. The Holders Remuneration For This Additional Service Will Be Subject To A Separate Unit Price, Set In The Unit Price Schedule (Bpu). - And Transport To The Place Of Treatment (And Unloading Included), That Is To Say In The Facilities Of The Intercommunal Company Idelux Environnement, Primarily In Manhay. The Treatment Of Waste At The End Of Transport Is Not Part Of The Market. The Service Includes In Particular: 1. All Operating, Insurance And Maintenance Costs For The Aforementioned Vehicles; 2. The Costs Of Personnel Assigned To Driving Vehicles; 3. Costs Of Personnel Assigned To Collection; 4. Everything Necessary For The Operation Of Special Collections; 5. The Treatment Of Household Waste Is A Municipal Charge.
