The Subject Of The Order Is The Design, Obtaining The Required Administrative Decisions, Delivery, Execution, Assembly, Commissioning And Commissioning Of An Organic Recycling Installation Through Fermentation Of Bio-Waste On The Premises Of Łużyckie Centrum Recyklingu Sp. Z O. O. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract May Not Lead To Downtime Of The Plant. If For Any Reason It Would Be Necessary To Stop The Operation Of Part Or All Of The Plant, The Contractor Should Include This Fact In The Material And Financial Schedule. A Detailed Description And Method Of Executing The Order Is Included In The Functional And Utility Program (Hereinafter Referred To As Ffu) Constituting Appendix No. 11 To The Swz. In Case Of Discrepancies Between The Provisions Of The Ffu And The Swz, The Provisions Of The Ffu Should Be Considered Binding.
