Business And Management Consultancy Services – Framework Agreement For Transport Consulting Services (Including Project Management) As Part Of The Procurement Of A New Generation Of Vehicles For Use In Local Rail Passenger Transport (Spnv). The Free And Hanseatic City Of Hamburg (Fhh), The Landesnahverkehrsgesellschaft Niedersachsen Mbh (Lnvg) And The State Of Schleswig-Holstein (Sh) Have Tendered And Awarded Local Rail Passenger Transport Services (Spnv) In The Hamburg S-Bahn Network From 2018-2033 In A Europe-Wide Tendering Process. This Network Is The Responsibility Of The Three Above-Mentioned Authorities, Which Is Why A Country Agreement With Regulations On Joint Cooperation Has Been Concluded Between Fhh, Lnvg And Sh.
