Part 1 - Construction Of Small Architectural Structures In A Public Place, Construction Of A Playground. The Subject Of The Order Is To Retrofit The Playground, Change The Location Of Selected Existing Equipment, Install A Gazebo With Concrete Cubes And A Bench, Make A Fall-Absorbing Surface Made Of Sand And Grass. The Existing Playground Is Equipped With Two Types Of Surface: Natural - Grass And Synthetic Made Of Sbr Boards With An Epdm Overlay. Selected Devices Located In The Grass Surface Will Be Reinstalled In A New Location Along With New Devices. The Place Intended For Retrofitting The Playground Is Located In The Southern Part Of Plot 2542/16, East Of The Existing Brick Sandbox. The Gazebo Is Expected To Be Located In The North-Eastern Part Of Plot No. 2543/2. The Playground Will Be Equipped With The Following Elements: - A Double Swing, - A Rope Cone, - A Balance Beam, - A Bridge With A Beam, - A Straight Beam, - A Gymnastic Tetrahedron, - A Maze, - A Free-Standing Osa Device, - A Play Set, - A Bench With A Backrest, 2 Pcs. Devices Which A Change Of Location Is Planned: - Weighing Swing 2 Pcs., - Spring Rocker 3 Pcs., - Wooden Bench 2 Pcs., - Disc Carousel. Gazebo With Concrete Cubes And Its Equipment: - Bench Table 2 Pcs. The Devices Should Be Founded And Installed In Accordance With Applicable Standards. The Installed Devices And Their Components Must Have Safety Approvals And Certificates Confirming That They Were Made Based On Applicable Standards In This Regard And Must Be Approved For Use In Contact With Children. The Installation Of The Device May Be Performed By Persons Or Companies Trained For This Purpose By The Device Manufacturers And Based On The Assembly Instructions. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including The Scope Of Works, Execution Technology And Specifications Of The Works Are Included In The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), The Bill Of Quantities Constituting An Annex To The Swz And The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Works In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Applicable Provisions Of Construction Law, Technical Standards And Principles Of Technical Knowledge. All Materials Used Must Be Brand New, Of Full Value And Have The Required Approvals, Certificates And Approvals For Use In Construction. During The Implementation Of The Task, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Properly Secure The Work Area, Ensure The Safety Of Facility Users And Bystanders, Maintain Order At The Construction Site And Remove And Dispose Of Construction Waste On An Ongoing Basis. After Completion Of The Works, The Investment Area Should Be Tidied Up And The Facility Should Be Prepared For Acceptance By Use And Preparation Of An As-Built Cost Estimate. The Contractor Is Fully Responsible For The Quality Of The Works Performed, Timely Completion And Compliance Of The Work With The Scope Of
