The Subject Of The Task Is To Adapt The Premises Of The Educational Institution - School Complex No. 4 At Ul. Kaliska 108A In Włocławek In Order To Adapt It To The Requirements Of An Emergency Shelter. The Rooms Will Be Used As Hiding Places. The Hiding Rooms Are A Separate Part Of The Basement Of The Existing School Building, Designed To Ensure Safety And Compliance With Applicable Guidelines For Protective Structures. The Scope Of The Order Includes, Among Others (Element 1): • Renovation Of All Shelter Doors (Replacement Of Seals, Painting, Maintenance, Replacement Of The Closing Mechanism), • Installation Of New Doors At The Emergency Exit, • Replacement Of All Entrance Doors To Rooms And Sanitary Facilities, • Bricking Up Two Windows In The Storage Room, • Backfilling And Pouring Of A Reinforced Concrete Slab Over The Entrance To The Canal, • Demolition Of Existing Walls, • New Partition Walls And Bricking Up Door Openings, • Renovation Toilets (Complete Replacement) Plus Tiles For Walls, • Construction Of New Partitions In Toilets - Walls Made Of Hpl Boards, • Construction Of A New Toilet Accessible For The Disabled With A Baby-Changing Space, • Sealing Of Passages Through Ceilings After Liquidation Of Installations, • Drying The Walls Of Moisture, • Priming Walls, • Painting Walls And Ceilings, • Repairing Plasters And Chips In Structural Elements, • Construction Of A New Additional Exit With Appropriate Parameters, • Lowering The Floor In Some Rooms, • Reconstruction Sanitary Sewage System Related To Lowering The Floor• Construction Of A Stair Platform In The School Hall Enabling Access For People With Mobility Disabilities• Construction Of A Ventilation Installation• Construction Of A Water Supply And Sewage System (Reconstruction Of The Existing One)• Construction Of A New Electrical Installation, Taking Into Account The Independent Power Supply Of The Facility• Preparation Of Appropriate Marking Of The Protective Structureadditionally, The Scope Of Construction Of A Ventilation Installation For The Shooting Range In The Building Of The School Complex No. 4 At Ul.
