The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of District Road No. 2150P - Construction Of A Bicycle Path On The Section Przysieka - Popowo-Ignacewo, Mieleszyn Commune In The Design And Build System. The Planned Bicycle Path Is Located In The South-Western Part Of The Mieleszyn Commune In The Greater Poland Voivodeship, In The Gniezno Poviat. The Path Runs Along The District Road No. 2150P, Partly At Its Edge And Partly 1.00 M Away From It. It Starts In The Town Of Przysieka At The Existing Sidewalk And Continues East Towards Popowo Ignacewo, Where It Ends At The Cemetery. It Is Planned To Build A One-Way Bicycle Path Made Of Asphalt Concrete, Allowing Pedestrian Traffic, 1.055 Km Long And 1.5 M Wide. The Project Also Includes The Following Works, Including: Construction Of A Rest Area And A Bicycle Repair Station Equipped With A Waste Bin, Benches, A Bicycle Stand, And A Self-Service Repair Station; Construction Of Two Pedestrian Crossings With Crossings For Cyclists, Marked Horizontally (Including With A Red Crossing) And Vertically (Active Signs With Reflective Foil). Crossings With Crossings Should Be Marked With Reflective Point Elements Equipped With Led Lights And A Photovoltaic Panel, Activated By A Motion Sensor (Signs With A Panel With Pulsators Activated When The Sensor Detects The Movement Of An Approaching Pedestrian/Cyclist); Installation Of Led Lighting Powered By Photovoltaic Panels And Wind Turbines With A Battery On The Section Of The Path From Km 0+000.00 To Km 1+055.00 (Lamps Placed At Distances Of Approximately Every 70.00 M, 18 Pcs.); Modernization Of The Bicycle Path Drainage System, Including Road Ditches, Inlets With Drains, Tight Wells, K2-Dren Pipes, Culverts And Others; Cleaning And Unblocking Existing Drainage Devices And Receivers To Ensure Effective Water Drainage; Traffic Organization: Permanent And Temporary; Horizontal And Vertical Markings In Accordance With Technical Regulations; Installation Of An Induction Loop For Counting Cyclists; Reconstruction, Removal Of Conflicts With Existing Technical Infrastructure Devices (Telecommunications, Energy, Drainage, Rainwater And Sewage Systems, Etc.); Demolition Of Road Elements, Culverts And Others; Making Exits (If Any) From The Road Through The Bicycle Path In Accordance With The Regulations; Strengthening The Subsoil And Ensuring The Stability Of Excavation Slopes And Embankments; Recultivation Of The Areas Occupied By The Construction After The Completion Of The Works. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Performance Of All Works Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Bicycle Path In Accordance With Applicable Law.
