1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Brand New Pick-Up Car With A 4X4 Drive. 2. The Car Should: 1) Have Approval Issued In Accordance With The Act Of June 20, 1997 - Road Traffic Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, Of 2025, Items 820, 1006, 1676, 1734, 1843, 1872, As Amended); 2) Meet The Technical Requirements Specified By The Regulations In Force In Poland For Vehicles Traveling On Public Roads, Including The Technical Conditions Resulting From The Above-Mentioned. The Road Traffic Law And Its Implementing Regulations; 3) Meet The Requirements Of The European Exhaust Emission Standards Regarding The Emission Of Pollutants, Nitrogen Oxides, Particulate Matter And Hydrocarbons: The Standard Of Permissible Exhaust Emissions For The Minimum Euro 6 Standard. 4) Have At Least A 24-Month Warranty On The Paint Coating And A Mechanical Warranty; 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex No. 9 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 4. The Subject Of The Order Is Implemented As Part Of Co-Financing From The Interreg Vi-A Lithuania - Poland 2021-2027 Program - Ready Together: Crisis Management In Border Municipalities. 5. Warranty Services Will Be Provided First At The Place Of Use Of The Subject Of The Order, And If It Is Impossible To Perform Them In These Places, At A Designated Service Center. 6. The Contractor Ensures That The Response To Reporting A Defect Will Take Place Within 24 Hours, And The Repair Will Be Performed Within Another 72 Hours From The Date Of Reporting The Defect, And If It Is Necessary To Import Spare Parts, The Repair Will Be Performed Within 14 Business Days From The Date Of Reporting The Defect. Failures Will Be Reported To The E-Mail Address Provided By The Contractor. The Websites Response Time Will Be Counted On Business Days From Monday To Friday. 7. If, As Part Of The Warranty, The Contractor Removes Defects And Defects, The Warranty Period Will Be Extended By The Actual Time Of Failure Of The Subject Of The Order, Rounded To A Full Day Of Failure. 8. The Subject Of The Contract Or Any Of Its Elements Will Be Replaced With A Brand New One Free From Defects At The Request Of The Ordering Party In The Event Of Its Second Damage During The Warranty Period. The Damaged Part Of The Subject Of The Contract That Is Not Subject To Repair Will Be Replaced With A New One And In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 581 Of The Civil Code, Will Be Delivered With A Full Warranty Period Not Shorter Than The Quality Warranty For The Subject Of The Contract.9.
