1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Replacement Of Room Air Conditioning Automation Elements In The Nsa Building At Ul. Boduena 3/5 In Warsaw, Including: 1) Dismantling Of 190 Existing Controllers Along With 190 Temperature Sets And Elements Used For Their Installation; 2) Disposal Of Dismantled Elements Indicated By The Ordering Party; 3) Delivery, Installation, Connection And Commissioning Of 190 Controllers, 193 Temperature Sets And 181 Dew Point Sensors (Hereinafter Referred To As Devices); 4) Programming The Controllers And Ensuring The Granting Of A License To The Software Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Devices, Which Is Not Software To Which The Contractor Or Third Parties Are The Copyright Owner, And Which Is The Subject Of Deliveries As Part Of The Execution Of The Contract, For Which The Contractor Grants A License To The Ordering Party On The Terms And Conditions Specified In The License Agreement By The Manufacturer Of This Software; 5) Connecting The Controllers In The Cabinets And Connecting The Room Setters; 6) Presentation Of Controller Parameters In The Bms System And The Creation And Transfer Of Software And Scripts Along With Complete Source Codes And Documentation (The Descriptions And Comments Of Which Will Allow For Independent Interpretation, Modification Or Development) And Modifications To Which The Contractor Will Transfer The Copyrights To The Ordering Party Under The Terms And Conditions Specified In The Contract As Part Of The Remuneration; 7) Performing Measurements Of The Anti-Shock Protection Of The Installed Installation; 8) Preparing As-Built Documentation And Transferring The Copyrights To The Ordering Party Property Rights To This Documentation; Preparation Of As-Built Documentation (In Three Copies In Paper Version And In Electronic Version In .Pdf And Editable .Dwg, .Docx, .Xlsx Format) In Accordance With The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law By A Person With The Professional Qualifications Required By Law; 9) Provision Of Warranty Service Services Within The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order, Under The Conditions Specified In The Contract - In Accordance With The Detailed Description And Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Constituting Annex No. 2 To Swz.2. Detailed Rules For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement (Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz).
