The Purpose Of This Tender Is The Acquisition Of A Total Of Thirty-Seven (37) Thermal Printers For Different Clinical Services Of The Hospital, Hereinafter, The Equipment, In Accordance With The Conditions Established In These Administrative Bases, Technical Bases And Other Antecedents That Form An Integral Part Of The Bidding Process. The Purpose Of The 32 Printers Is To Implement Technical Note No. 245 On Safety And Quality Of Patient Care: Patient Identification, Allowing The Printing Of Identification Bracelets To Be Incorporated In Those Services Where This Procedure Is Not Currently Carried Out. Likewise, It Considers The Replacement Of Existing Equipment That Has Reached Its Useful Life Or Requires Replacement To Ensure Operational Continuity. Additionally, Five (5) Printers Will Be Used As Strategic Support To Address Equipment Failures In Operation And Cover New Requirements Derived From The Implementation And Operation Of Institutional Systems, Such As Pathological Anatomy, Laboratory System, Hospital Information System (His) And Pharmacy System, Guaranteeing The Continuity Of Care Processes And The Correct Identification Of Patients. The Provision Of The Equipment Must Include All The Elements Necessary For Its Correct Installation, Start-Up, Configuration, Functional Tests And User Training, As Well As Any Other Associated Cost That Is Necessary For Its Proper Operation, In Accordance With The Provisions Of These Bases And Technical Specifications. This Tender Includes A Mandatory Site Visit, Which Will Be Coordinated By The Technical Contract Inspector (Itc) Once The Offer Evaluation Process Has Begun. On The Occasion Of Said Visit, The Bidder Must Present A Sample Printer, Which Will Be Subjected To Performance And Interoperability Tests With The Following Institutional Systems: • Pathient System (Pathological Anatomy). • Lis Laboratory System (With Zebracheck). • His System (Hospitalized With Bracelets). • Ssasur System (Pharmacy). It Will Be An Admissibility Requirement That The Printer Does Not Present Problems Or Failures In Said Procedure.
