Tenders are invited for Purchasing of Tympanometer / Microdebrider (Drill Cutter) for Gampaha District Non-refundable Fee (Rs.): 2,000.00 Refundable Bid Security (Rs.): 16,000.00 A complete set of bid documents prepared in English along with Sinhala Language copies of them and all other bid documents for the Cleaning of Soiled Linen for the Year 2027 can be obtained from 05.08.2026 up fo 18.08.2026 on weekdays between 9.00 a.m. and 2.00 p.m. on submission of the receipt received on payment of the non- refundable fee stated above, made to the Regional Director of Health Services, Gampaha and a written application to the address below. Interested bidders can inspect the bid documents free of charge at the address below during office hours. Completed bids in two copies as the original and duplicate in separate covers marked the "Name of Project" at the left-side top corner could either be placed in the Tender Box kept in this office or sent by registered post addressed to "Chairman, Regional Procurement Committee, Office of the Regional Director of Health Services, Kachcheri Complex, Colombo Road, Gampaha" to be received at or before 10.00 a.m. on 19.08.2026. Bids received late will be rejected and bids received will be opened immediately after closing of acceptance of bids at the Auditorium of the Office of Regional Director of Health Services.
