Request for proposals for Transportation Service (Pickups and Casual Labours) 1 Year Framework Agreement Closing Date: Wednesday, 12. Aug 2026 Intervention Sector(s): Agriculture, Culture, Environment, Food & Nutrition, Health, Labor & Livelihoods, Refugees, Safety and Security, Social & Cultural Development, Training & Capacity Building DCA aims to save lives and build resilience within communities in Lebanon that need support through the provision of protection services, basic assistance, and livelihoods support, among other sectoral interventions. DCA clears landmines and other explosive remnants of war to reduce safety risks and release of land to the population for improved socio-economic development. In all aspects of its programming, DCA Lebanon prioritizes working with local and national Lebanese organizations DCA is currently working on establishing a framework agreement with a transportation Service company (pickups and Casual labour) for the emergency response activities to support the displaced people in the Lebanon.
