The Term For The Execution Of The Construction And Installation Works (Smr) Is No More Than 60 (Sixty) Calendar Days And Begins To Run From The Date Of Signing Of Protocol No. 2 For The Opening Of The Construction Site (Appendix No. 2 To Article 7, Paragraph 3, Item 2 Of Ordinance No. 3/31.07.2003, On Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction). Protocol No. 2 For The Opening Of The Construction Site Shall Be Signed Within 5 Calendar Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract. The Warranty Period For The Completed Construction And Installation Works Is In Accordance With Ordinance No. 2 Of 2003, On Commissioning Of Constructions In The Republic Of Bulgaria And Minimum Warranty Periods For Completed Construction And Installation Works, Facilities And Construction Sites.
