This Advertising Agency Will Be In Charge Of Analyzing, Planning, Developing The Strategy, Managing, Contracting And Coordinating The Commercial Advertising Campaigns That The Cádiz Free Trade Zone Consortium May Require During The Execution Of The Contract And Carrying Out Market Analysis, Marketing Studies And Return On Investment. The Benefits And Services Included In This Contract Are The Following: Advice, Technical Support, Strategy Planning And Preparation Of Advertising Investment Budgets Following The Guidelines Of The Czfc Communication Office. The Successful Bidder Must Provide Information On The Evolution Of Audiences, Profitability Of Media, Budgetary Efficiency According To Target And Other Technical Aspects That Guide The Czfc For An Adequate And Optimized Contracting Of Advertising Spaces And, Therefore, The Investment. Intermediation, Management, Programming And Purchase Of Advertising Spaces In The Media According To The Planning And Specific Guidelines Defined To Optimize Each Campaign And, In Accordance With The Budget Previously Approved By The Czfc. The Winning Company Will Be In Charge Of Sending The Designs And Creatives To The Contracted Media (Offline And Online) And Other Media For Each Campaign, According To The Proposal Presented And Approved By The Free Zone And Will Be In Charge Of Coordinating The Corresponding Insertions With The Media. The Media That Would Be Used Mostly For The Campaigns Are: Offline Advertising Spaces And Online Advertising Spaces (Includes Social Networks) Within The Framework Of These Media, Active Participation In Specialized Events And Special Actions On Strategic Sectors For The Free Trade Zone Of Cádiz (Round Tables, Talks-Colloquiums, Specialized Conferences). These Media Will Be Both General And Specialized, Taking Into Account The Objectives Set In Each Advertising Campaign And The Profile Of The Target Audience For Which It Is Intended. Monitoring, Control And Verification Of Contracted Advertising Actions. The Agency Will Evaluate The Correct Execution Of Each Of The Contracted Actions, Continuously Checking The Effective Completion Of The Actions, As Well As Their Quality, Informing The Czfc Communication Office, If Applicable, Of Any Incident In The Execution. To This End, It Will Prepare A Detailed Report With The Quantitative And Qualitative Results Of The Advertising Actions Carried Out At The End Of Them. The Czfc Reserves The Right To Request The Emission Certificates Corresponding To The Insertions. To This End, The Successful Bidder Must Have Available Research Sources For Dissemination, Audiences And Updated Public Rates For The Media And/Or Spaces Used.
