Banking And Investment Services – Conclusion Of Insurance Contracts Covering Fixed Assets/Mechanical Failures/Work Interruption, Civil Liability And Terrorist Activities Of Depa Commerce Sa. The Contractor That Will Be Selected By Depa, In The Context Of This Tender, For The Insurance Of Fixed Assets/Mechanical Damage/Interruption Of Work And Risks Of Civil Liability And Terrorist Acts, Will Offer Insurance Contracts Of Specific Content And Text, The Framework Of Which Has Already Been Prescribed By Depa And Described In This Issue Of The Declaration (Appendix 1). It Is Clarified That The Insurance Policy May Include, In Addition To The Text Of Appendix 1, The General Conditions Governing The Contracts Of The Competing Insurance Company, But With The Necessary Condition That A Statement Will Be Included In The Insurance Policy That The Said General Conditions Only Concern General Matters Governing The Insurance Contract And Do Not In Any Way Conflict With The General And Special Conditions Of No. 1180/26/Dp Declaration. In Addition, Given That The Text Of The Insurance Policies Is In English, Depa Expressly And Unconditionally Declares That It Agrees To Draw Up The Terms Of The Insurance Policy In The English Language, Which It Knows And Fully Understands, Moreover, It Declares That It Accepts And Is Bound By These Terms. The Contractor May, For The Placement Of The Requested Insurance Programs, Cooperate With A Reinsurance Broker. The Reinsurance Broker That May Be Selected Should, For The Purposes Of This Declaration, Have Exclusive Cooperation With The Contractor And Be Mentioned By Name When Submitting The Offer. The Duration Of The Insurance Policy To Be Signed Will Be Twelve (12) Months, Namely From 30.09.2026 To 30.09.2027.
