This Framework Agreement 2025-092 Concerns The Completion Of All Procedures And Formalities Aimed At Land Regularization And The Release Of The Necessary Assets Within The Framework Of Land Control Projects Linked To Infrastructure Projects Or Multimodal Hub Or Bus Station Projects. The Framework Agreement Is In The Form Of A Multi-Awardee Framework Agreement Which Will Result In The Issuance Of Purchase Orders. The Number Of Successful Bidders Is Set At Two (2) Subject To A Sufficient Number Of Compliant Offers.
