Education And Training Services - Framework Agreement On Subject-Related Tutoring (German And Mathematics) To Promote Learning At Startchance Schools In The State Of Brandenburg (Lot 4). The Funding Must Be Designed As A Structured And Continuous Support Measure. It Is Based On The Current Framework Curricula Of The State Of Brandenburg As Well As The Individual Support Needs Of The Students In The Subjects Of German And/Or Mathematics. The Contractor Must Ensure That The Support Is Carried Out Regularly, Continuously And In Pedagogically Suitable Learning Settings. It Is Generally Offered As A Small Group Offer With A Maximum Of Four Learners Per Group. Up To A Maximum Of Six Groups Can Be Formed Per Primary And Special School, Up To A Maximum Of Four Groups Per Secondary General Education School And Up To A Maximum Of Two Groups Per Vocational School. Depending On The Support Needs And Student Composition At The School, Learning Groups Can Be Subject-Specific (Only German Group, Only Math Group) Or Cross-Curricular (German-Math Group). The Support Lessons Are Usually Held Twice A Week For Each Learning Group, Lasting 45 Minutes Each, On Different Days Of The Week. As A Rule, At Least Two Support Lessons For Different Learning Groups Take Place On One Day, One After The Other, Provided That At Least Two Learning Groups Have Been Formed At The Respective School. The Learning Support Is Implemented In Person In The Rooms Of The Respective School. There Is No Funding During The School Holidays In The State Of Brandenburg. The Contractor Ensures That The Learning Development Of The Students Is Continuously And Comprehensibly Documented. This Includes, In Particular, Proof Of Attendance, Short Learning Status Reports As Well As Records Of Learning Progress And Existing Support Needs.
