Research And Experimental Development Services – Improving The Prediction Of Re-Entry Events By Analyzing Data From Optical Sensors Collected From A Global Network Of Telescopes.. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of A Service To Increase The Use Of Astrometric Observations In Order To Improve The Efficiency And Accuracy Of The Re-Entry (Re) Prediction Service Implemented As Part Of The Eu Sst Space Surveillance And Tracking System, As A Result Of Which A Set Of Requirements, Indicators And Operational Procedures Will Be Developed Aimed At Improving The Use Of Astrometric Data As Part Of The Re Service. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Includes Three Stages, Hereinafter Referred To As Milestones, Within Which The Ordering Party Identified Specific Work Packages And Related Tasks And Defined Specific Results To Be Achieved As A Result Of The Implementation Of Individual Tasks: 1) Stage 1 - Milestone No. 1, Which Includes: A) As Part Of Work Package No. 1, Preparation Of A Detailed Work Schedule, Taking Into Account The Implementation Of Individual Milestones Specified In The Opz, Tasks To Be Implemented Under Individual Work Packages And The Results Works; B) As Part Of Work Package No. 2: I. As Part Of Task 2.1 - Determining The Requirements For Planning And Carrying Out Astrometric Observations Of Objects Close To Re; Ii. As Part Of Task 2.2 – Determining The Requirements For The Quality Of Astrometric Observations; Iii. Preparation Of A Periodic Report Constituting A Collective Summary Of The Results Of The Work Referred To In Point I) Ii), Provided That The Report In Question Will Also Constitute The Result Of The Project 101242939 - He23-24 Top5, Which The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Present During The Mid-Term Review Of The Project; 2) Stage 2 - Milestone No. 2, Which Includes: A) Within Work Package No. 2 - Tasks 2.3 - Analysis Of The Feasibility Of Applying The Requirements For Astrometric Observations And Recommendations For Copla B) Within Work Package No. 2 - Tasks 2.4 - Definition And Description Of Observation Strategies For Objects Approaching The Re; C) As Part Of Work Package No. 3 - Task 3.1 - Determining The Impact Of Astrometric Observations On Bc Estimation; 3) Stage 3 - Milestone No. 3, Which Includes: A) Under Work Package No. 4 - Task 4.1 - Conducting The First Observing Campaign That Will Demonstrate The Application Of The Recommendations And The Impact Of The Requirements Set Out In Work Packages 2 And 3, Using A Network Of At Least 5 Telescopes Located In At Least 5 Different Vlas (Very Large Areas); B) As Part Of Work Package No. 4, Task 4.2 - Conducting A Second Observation Campaign, Which Is Intended To Provide Solutions To The Problems Identified During The First Observation Campaign, Using At Least The Same Number Of Sensors As Was Used During The First Observation Campaign. C) As Part Of Work Package No. 5 - Preparation Of A Final Report, Which Will Include A Summary Of All The Results Of Tasks, Analyzes And Recommendations Carried Out As Part Of The Implementation Before
