The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A System For Comprehensive Management And Debt Collection Services For Miejskie Zakład Komunikacyjny W Bielsko-Biała Sp. Z O. O. I) The Basic Scope Of The Contract Includes: 1. Preparation And Submission Of Pre-Implementation Analysis Studies To The Ordering Party And Performance Of Other Accompanying Works Necessary To Implement The Project, Such As: Analytical And Design Work, Documentation. 2. Development And Implementation Of A System For Comprehensive Management And Debt Collection Services For Mzk. The Provided System Is Intended To Provide A Complete Solution For The Recovery Of Civil Law Receivables, Including An Amicable, Judicial And Enforcement (Bailiff) Debt Collection Module. 3. Development And Implementation Of A System Managing Control Devices And Controllers. 4. Granting An Indefinite License To The Ordering Party For The Platform. 5. Delivery Of 11 Control Devices With An Application For Ticket Control And Generating Additional Fees (Including The Option Of Printing With The Payment Method (Transfer) And Paying Fees Using Payment Cards, Blik And Other Payment Instruments. The Sim Cards Will Be Provided By The Ordering Party. At The System Design Stage, The Parties Will Agree On Target Solutions: Based On A Dedicated Apn Or An Established Vpn Tunnel. 6. Provision By The Contractor, During The Implementation Period And During The Period Of Providing Payment Services (On Control Devices, In The Scope Of Paying An Additional Fee For The Lack Of A Ticket/Authorization) And Service (Maintenance Period), Full Cloud Computing Infrastructure And Licenses Necessary To Use Cloud Services To Operate The Platform. 7. Operation Of The System During The Maintenance Period (Including Warranty Inspections, Costs Of Maintaining A Dedicated Sms Gateway, Costs Resulting From The Contract With The Settlement Agent) In A Fixed Number Of Months. 8. Obligation To Transfer (Migrate) Passenger Data From The Currently Operating System To Handle Debt Collection To The New System. The Migration Should Be Carried Out In A Way That Ensures The Completeness Of The Transferred Data, Ensuring The Possibility Of Making Corrections, Changes In Data Or Deleting Data, E.G. Outdated Lines, Streets, Etc. During This Process. The Final Migration Process Should Be Preceded By A Test Migration(S) In Order To Verify The Correctness And Completeness Of This Process O. O. (R&G Plus Group Sp. Z O.O.) The Database Environment Is Based On The Db2 Engine And Is Located On The Ordering Partys Local Server. All Access To The Environment Will Be Granted To The Contractor After Signing The Contract. 9. The Contractor Will Provide Access To A Fully Functional System, Enabling The Ordering Party To Perform Verification And Acceptance In An Environment Reflecting Production Conditions Indicator System
