Supervision Of Building Work – Service Of Professional Supervision And Occupational Safety Coordinator For The Execution Of Works On The Construction Of The Zelena Oaza Park. The Subject Of Procurement Is The Services Of Professional Supervision And Occupational Safety Coordinator For The Execution Of Works On The Construction Of The Zelena Oaza Park. The Green Oasis Of Čakovec Project Plans To Establish A New Green Infrastructure In The Urban Area Of ​​The City Of Čakovec Through The Construction Of A Modern City Park That Will Completely Replace The Existing, Neglected And Unused Area. The Aforementioned Intervention Will Establish A New Green Infrastructure That Fully Complies With The Provisions Of The Program For The Development Of Green Infrastructure In Urban Areas 2021-2030. As Well As The Principles Of The New European Bauhaus – Sustainability, Inclusiveness And Aesthetic Quality Of Space. The New Park Will Be Built In Accordance With The Prepared Main Project With Amendments (Urbia Arh-09/2023-Id) And The Issued Valid Building Permit. The Park, Called The Green Oasis Of Čakovec, Is Conceived As A Green Infrastructure, A Space For Spending Quality Time Outdoors, Educating The Local Population, And As An Area That Contributes To Mitigating The Impact Of Climate Change On The Area Of ​​Čakovec. At The Same Time, The Significant Area And Variety Of Content Make The Park A Tourist Attraction. A Modern Approach To The Design Of Park Areas Was Applied, I.E. Modern Principles Of Designing Urban Green Spaces That Respect And Improve Urban Biological Diversity, Contribute To The Image Of The City And Complete The Residential Quality Of The Citys Open Space. The Park As A Whole Covers More Than 15 Ha And Is Divided Into Functional Zones Consisting Of: Childrens Playgrounds With A Cafe Bar And Public Toilets, Parking Area, Pump Track (Cyclist Training Ground), Exercise Grounds, Orchard With Picnic Area, Water Area, Multi-Functional Central Building, Square By The Water Area With A Constructed Bridge, Amphitheater, Open Butterfly Pavilion, Pavilion Of St. Valentina, Dog Park And Graffiti Walls. The First Phase Includes The Execution Of Basic Infrastructural, Construction And Horticultural Works Necessary For The Functionality And Usability Of The Space, Which Are The Subject Of This Public Procurement Procedure, And All According To The Cost List And Project-Technical Documentation That Forms Part Of This Procurement Documentation.
