Sports Facilities Operation Services – The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Delegate The Operation Of The Poudrerie Departmental Golf Initiation Center To Livry-Gargan. As Such, The Delegate Is Solely Responsible For: - The Technical And Commercial Operation Of The Golf Course, In Accordance With The Ambitions And Objectives Set By The Department; - The Institutional Constraints Placed On It By This Contract; - Security And Guarding: Conduct And Surveillance Against Vandalism, On-Call Duty, Patrols, Permanence, Intervention On Request; - Maintenance Of Sports Areas, Green Spaces And Neglected Areas (Around The Building, Access); - Cleaning Of Premises And Exteriors (Forecourt, Outdoor Bins, Picketing); - Management Of Waste Comparable To Household Waste; - Management Of Personnel And Related Costs; - Administrative And Financial Management Of The Activity
