Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Rahan Flood Relief Scheme — Engineering And Environmental Consultancy Services. Offaly County Council Invites Tenders For Engineering And Environmental Consultancy Services For The Rahan Flood Relief Scheme At Tullybeg, Rahan, County Offaly, On The River Clodiagh. The Scheme Comprises Approximately 430 Metres Of Reinforced Concrete Flood Defence Wall Along The Right Bank Of The River Clodiagh, With Embankment At The Tie-In Points, Protecting Residential Properties And The Wastewater Treatment Plant To The 1 Percent Aep Fluvial Standard. The Commission Covers Stage (Ii) Statutory Consent And Detailed Design, Stage (Iv) Construction-Stage Services And Stage (V) Handover And Defects Period, Under The Capital Works Management Framework. The Construction Works Will Be Delivered By Office Of Public Works Direct Labour; Procurement Of A Works Contractor Is Not Included In This Commission. The Services Include Detailed Design, Hydrological And Hydraulic Modelling, Ground Investigation Specification And Interpretation, Review And Validation Of The Completed Eia And Appropriate Assessment Screening, Statutory Consent Documentation For Approval Under Part 8, Works Package Preparation For Direct Labour Delivery, Project Supervisor Design Process Duties, Construction-Stage Technical Support And Design Authority, And Handover Documentation. The Scheme Is Funded By The Office Of Public Works.
