Marszałkowska 28 In Warsaw As An Expert; 3) Stage Iii - Comprehensive Investor Supervision Over The Implementation, Current And Final Settlement Of The Investment, Putting The Investment Into Use, 4) Stage Iv - Supervision Over The Removal Of Defects During The Warranty And Warranty Period. - Whereas Stages Ii - Iv Are Covered By Option Rights Within The Meaning Of Art. 441 Of The Public Procurement Law, I.E. The Ordering Party May Exercise The Option By Commissioning The Contractor To Perform Services Covered By Individual Stages No. Ii, Iii Or Iv Under The Conditions Specified In The Ppu. 3.
