As Part Of The Fulfillment Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority Requires: • Delivery Of Original And New Devices, • Delivery Of Confirmation From The Manufacturer Or Authorized Distribution Partner That The Supplied Hardware Is Intended For The Market Of The European Union Or The Czech Republic, Comes From An Official Distribution Channel, Is Eligible For Full Support Of The Manufacturer In The Czech Republic And Meets The Applicable Technical And Legal Requirements Of The European Union And The Czech Republic, • Delivery Of Software Licenses According To The Specification Listed In Appendix No. 1 Of The Tender Documentation • Delivery Of The Subject Manual Orders. A Detailed Specification Of The Subject Of The Assignment Is Given In Appendix No. 1 Of This Tender Documentation.
