Feasibility Study – Design Services, Respectively The Elaboration Of Technical-Economic Documentation, The Feasibility Study Update Phase, For The Continuation And Completion Of The Investment Objective Complex Development Of Vârfu Câmpului On The Siret River, Suceava And Botoșani Counties. The Nature Of The Services To Be Provided: • Elaboration Of The Technical-Economic Documentation At The Feasibility Study Update Phase. • Carrying Out All The Necessary Field Studies (Topographical, Geotechnical, Hydrological, Etc.). • Carrying Out The Technical Expertise Of The Existing Works And Drawing Up The Expertise Report. • Preparation Of Documentation For Obtaining The Urban Planning Certificate, Approvals, Agreements And Building Authorization. • Water Requirement Reassessment And Irrigation Water Demand Audit. • Foundation Of Water Transport Capacity And Analysis Of Alternative Supply Solutions. • Carrying Out Hydraulic, Energy And Economic Analyzes For The Proposed Options. • Elaboration Of Documentation For The Approval Of Technical-Economic Indicators By Government Decision And For Triggering Expropriations. • Identifying Locations And Drawing Up The Necessary Cadastral And Topographical Documentation. • Carrying Out All The Activities Related To The Expropriation Procedure: Identifying The Owners, Evaluating The Properties, Establishing Compensations And Legal Assistance. • Ensuring Post-Hg Expropriation Services And Completing Cadastral Documentation. • Documentation Support At All Stages Of Analysis, Verification, Approval And Reception. When Preparing The Technical-Economic Documentation, The Provisions Of Law No. 255/2010, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, As Well As By H.G. No. 53/2011 For The Approval Of The Methodological Norms For The Application Of Law No. 255/2010. The Expropriation Documentation Is An Integral Part Of The R.S.F., And When Establishing The Location Of The New Works, The Occupation Of As Few Privately Owned Surfaces As Possible Will Be Sought. In Order To Provide The Requested Services, The Provider Will Comply With The Following Requirements Of The Contracting Authority: • Compliance With The Legislation On Expropriations, Water Management, The Environment And Flood Risk Management. • Elaboration Of R.S.F. With Multi-Criteria Analysis Of Technical Options And Identification Of The Optimal Solution. • Reassessing Water Needs And Analyzing Alternative Sources Of Supply, Including Pumping Solutions. • Carrying Out Hydraulic, Energy, Economic And Environmental Analyses, Including The Impact On Natura 2000 Sites And Biodiversity. • Expertise Of All Existing Works And Integration Of Their Real State Into The Proposed Solution. • Preparation Of Documentation For Town Planning, Approvals, Agreements And Expropriations, Including Approval At O.C.P.I. • Analysis Of Risks Related To Water Demand And Environmental Constraints And Proposing Measures To Reduce Them. • Updating The General Estimate Until The Technical-Economic Indicators Are Approved And The Copyright Is Handed Over To The Beneficiary.
