Insulated Wire And Cable - Supplies Of Electrical Materials For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Plovdiv And The Structural And Units. The Subject Of The Order Covers Periodic Supplies Of Electrical Materials, Hereinafter Referred To As Goods And/Or Products, In Accordance With The Technical Specification And Samples Of Technical And Price Proposals - An Integral Part Of The Public Procurement Documentation. The Total Value Of The Contract Is Equal To The Estimated Value Of The Order For 12 Months, Excluding Vat. ​​​​The Implementation Of All Activities Will Be Carried Out After A Preliminary Request From The Municipal Institutions, Submitted To The Contractor In Writing. Deliveries Will Be Made Free Of Charge To The Administrative Address On The Territory Of The City Of Plovdiv Specified In Each Specific Request. The Conditions Under Which The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented, As Well As The Rights And Obligations Of The Employer And The Contractor, Are In Accordance With The Draft Contract, The Technical Specifications Of The Employer, The Technical And Price Proposal Of The Contractor. The Quantities Of Electrical Materials Specified In The List Of Items Of The Detailed Price Proposal Of The Contracting Authority Are Estimated For 12 Months And The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right During The Term Of The Contract, Not To Declare A Given Estimated Quantity Of Goods In Full, As Well As To Declare Delivery Of Goods In Excess Of The Estimated Quantities Specified For Them, Until The Total Value Of The Contract Is Reached. ​​​​​​​​​The Contract That Will Be Concluded With The Participant Designated As An Executor With A Validity Period Of 12 Months. It Is Envisaged That The Contract Will Be Renewed Twice Under The Same Conditions, Including Term, Volume And Total Value, Under The Conditions Specified In The Draft Contract.
