The Subject Of The Performance Of This Public Contract Is The Provision Of Comprehensive Legal, Financial, Economic, Technical And Healthcare Consultancy Before And During The Concession Procedure For The Selection Of A New Operator Of The Sokolov Hospital In The Scope Of This Procurement Documentation And Its Appendices. It Also Includes Advice On The Possibility Of Concluding Relevant Contracts By The Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority Requires An Assessment Of The Comprehensive Range Of Services That Are Necessary To Perform All Formal Actions Necessary For The Successful Award Of The Concession, I.E. To Conclude The Concession Contract And Any Other Contracts And Documents That Necessarily Accompany The Concession Contract And The Relevant Provisions Of The Zzvz And Other Relevant Legal Regulations.
