National Education Commission. 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Execution Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Building Permit Issued By The Mayor Of Białystok Of April 17, 2026, No. 149/2026, Reference: Dar-Iii.6740.1.175.2025 (Annex No. 9 To Swz). 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Presented In The Design Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Prepared By Active Line Marcin Taczalski, Ul. Wojciechowska 7F, 20-704 Lublin (Appendix No. 8 To Swz). 4. The Contractor Should Submit Any Comments And Objections To The Documentation During The Procedure And Request A Decision From The Ordering Party. 5. The Ordering Party Requires At Least 5-Year Warranty For The Works Performed (The Warranty Period Is Assessed In Accordance With Chapter Xix Of The Swz). 6. The Contractor Is Responsible For Properly Securing The Work Area And Is Responsible For Any Damage Caused To The Ordering Party And Third Parties. 7. After Completing The Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Tidy Up The Area. 8. Notes: 1) Before Starting The Works, All Work Related To Securing Trees At The Construction Site Should Be Performed (Fencing, Boarding The Trunk, Tying Up The Branches, Etc.). 2) Construction Works Will Be Carried Out In An Active Facility. 3) Construction Works Should Be Carried Out Ensuring Continuous Access (Access And Access) To The Facilities Adjacent To The Above-Mentioned.
