A New Mass Spectrometer With Coupled Liquid Chromatography (Lc-Ms) Is To Be Purchased, Which Is Sensitive And Fast Enough To Be Able To Carry Out Proteome Analyzes Of Single Cells (Single Cell Proteomics, Scp). At The Same Time, The System Must Be Flexible Enough To Be Able To Analyze Typical Samples That Arise During Routine Operation Of The Proteomics Core Facility. These Include A Wide Range Of Whole Proteome Analyzes Of Cell Culture Or Tissue Lysates, Immunoprecipitated Samples, Enrichments Of Post-Translational Modifications And Multiplex Samples Using Silac Or Tmt Labels.
