Earthmoving And Excavating Machinery, And Associated Parts - Ongoing Repair, Prevention, Supply Of Spare Parts And Consumables Of A Combined Excavator-Loader Terex Tlb990ps, For A Period Of 24 Months For The Needs Of Tp Dgs Eleshnitsa. The Public Procurement Is Mixed Within The Meaning Of Art. 11 Of The Zop, As It Includes Activities With More Than One Object - Delivery And Service, But Is Awarded As A Delivery On The Basis Of Art. 11, Para. 2 Of The Zop, As The Estimated Value Of The Delivery Is Higher Than That Of The Service. The Following Types Of Work Will Be Subject To Execution Under This Public Order: - Diagnosis And Repair Of An Engine, Fuel System (Diesel), Ignition System, Electrical Installation, Transmission, Distribution And Distribution Boxes, Running Gear (Front Axle, Rear Axle, Suspension), Control Joystick, Brake System, Hydraulic System, Hydraulic Pump And Valves, Ventilation And Heating Installation, Lubrication And Cooling System And Others; - Delivery Of All Types Of Spare Parts And Consumables Necessary For The Maintenance Of The Excavator And Its Introduction Into Technical Condition; - Delivery Of All Types Of Filters, Belts, Seals And Others; - The Repair Of The Excavator Will Be Carried Out Within The Territorial Scope Of Tp Dgs Eleshnitsa, Depending On The Location Of The Machine. In The Event That The Machine Cannot Be Repaired In The Field, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Service Base (Own Or Rented), Equipped With The Necessary Equipment And Tools To Perform The Technical Activities, Subject Of The Order. Repair Of The Combined Excavator-Loader, Subject Of The Order, Will Be Carried Out In Case Of Need, After A Request Made By The Contractor Or A Person Authorized By Him Shall Ensure The Daily Acceptance Of The Repair Of The Excavator, According To The Proposed List Of Works. Repairs Shall Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Instructions Of The Relevant Manufacturer. The Contractor Must Fill Out Service Protocols For The Machine Service Performed, In Which The Serial Number Of The Machine, Hours Of Service Or Repair Performed, The Types Of Service Operations Performed, The Date/Signature/Stamp, And The Supplied Spare Parts Must Be New And Unused. Meeting All The Requirements For Quality According To The Bulgarian Regulations And Standards.; - The Warranty Period For The Performed Repairs Should Not Be Shorter Than 12 Months, Calculated From The Date On Which The Acceptance Of The Repaired Excavator-Loader Is Certified In Writing. The Above Activities Do Not Exhaust The Entire Scope Of Supplies And Services, Subject To The Public Procurement And Can Be Supplemented For The Period Of Validity Of The Contract.
