Urban Planning And Landscape Architectural Services – Nordsøkvarteret - Urban Development Of Several Urban Districts In Outer Nordhavn. Udviklingselskabet By & Havn I/S (Hereafter Client) Is Hereby Publishing A Project Competition For The Preparation Of A Master Plan For Several City Quarters In Outer Nordhavn (Hereafter Project Area). By & Havn Must Initiate The Urban Development Of The Next Stages In Nordhavn, Specifically Areas In Outer Nordhavn, North Of Skudeløbet And Skudehavnen, Totaling Approx. 74 Ha. The Upcoming Urban Development Involves Staged Planning For A Total Of Approx. 900,000 Etm. Mixed Construction, Which Is Expected To Be Developed Towards 2040. The Urban Development Of The Next Areas In The Outer Nordhavn Is A Continuation Of The Development And Transformation That Has Taken Place In The Inner Nordhavn Since 2008 And Which Is Still Ongoing. The First Local Plans For The Next Stages In Outer Nordhavn Are Expected To Be Adopted In 2029. The Main Objective Of The Urban Development In Nordhavn Is To Realize Good, Varied And Experience-Rich Urban Neighborhoods Where Residents And Businesses Thrive, And Where We Share The Space Along The Harbour. The New City Quarters Must Be Developed As An Extension Of The City Districts That Have Been Established Or Are Under Development In Nordhavn Today. The Finished District Is Expected To Be Certified To Dgnb Platinum For Urban Areas. The Competition Is Conducted As A Project Competition With Subsequent Tenders With Negotiation Without Prior Publication. At The Time Of The Tender, The Client Estimates The Value Of The Contract At Dkk 30 Million. Ex Vat, But Incl. Options. The Estimated Value Without Options Is Dkk 15 Million. Excl. Vat This Is A Non-Binding Estimate On The Part Of The Ordering Party. The Contract Is Expected To Include Services Related To Ark, Lark And Ing, With The Main Emphasis On Ark And Lark. The Ordering Party Will Thus Enter Into Negotiations With The Winner Or Winners Of The Project Competition With A View To Awarding The Contract, Which Includes Technical Advice And Assistance Regarding: 1. Development Of A Master Plan For The Project Area Up To The Adopted Local Plan For The First Stage As Well As Any Local Plan For The Second Stage (Option). The Service Includes Qualification Of The Tenderers Project Solution (Master Plan) To A Level That Can Form The Basis For The Preparation Of A Local Plan, Including Acting As The Clients Advisor During The Entire Planning Process. Counseling Is Expected To Take Place After Time Has Passed. 2. Development Of The Infrastructure Project For The First Stage Of The Project Area Until The Approved Project Proposal And Authority Project, As Well As Any Subsequent Design Of Tender And Execution Project And Possibly Carrying Out Professional Supervision During Execution (Both Are Options). Counseling Is Expected To Take Place After Time Has Passed. The Client Gives Equal Weight To The Development Of The Master Plan And The Development Of The Infrastructure Project. It Is Therefore Essential That Whoever Wins The Contract Reflects This Weighting In Their Organisation. For Both Services, The Consultant Is Expected To Be Responsible For Coordination With The Authority As Well As Project Management Of All Consultant Deliverables For Local Planning And Authority Approval, Including (But Not Limited To) Coordination With The Ordering Partys Other Technical Advisors
