It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support – Project Manager For Framtidens Integration Platform. Background Region Värmland Is Faced With The Need To Replace The Current Integration Platform (Microsoft Biztalk Server) Which Will Reach End‑Of‑Life In 2028. The Platform Is Today Critical To Society And Is Used In All Areas Of Operation As Well As For Central Support Functions. The Region Has Carried Out A Request For Information (Rfi) With Associated Supplier Dialogues With The Aim Of Obtaining Knowledge About Possible Integration Platforms, Technical Alternatives And Working Methods. The Results Of This Work Shall Form The Basis For Future Procurement. The Project Manager Assignment Takes Place In The Transition Between Rfi And Procurement. The Mission Aims To Ensure A Well-Founded And Long-Term Sustainable Path Choice For The Regions Integration Platform, Rather Than To Quickly Implement A Technical Change. The Assignment Does Not Include The Role Of Procurer, This Is Handled By The Regions Procurer. Description Of The Assignment The Purpose Of The Assignment Is To Provide Project Management For A Strategic Change Work Where: Technical Path Choice And Target Architecture Have Not Yet Been Determined The Focus Is On Structuring Decision-Making, Requirements And Procurement The Regions Long-Term Needs For Robustness, Continuity And Manageability Must Be Ensured The Project Manager Must Support The Business And Procurers In The Transition From Rfi To Procurement, And An Introduction When The Procurement Is Completed And The Contract Is Signed. Project Managers Must Contribute To The Development Of Decision-Making Material For Technical Orientation Together With The Business. The Basis Must Be The Basis For Future Procurement And Create The Conditions For A Controlled And Long-Term Migration From The Existing Integration Platform.
