Tenders Are Invited For Architectural, Engineering And Planning Services – Schön Klinik Neustadt - Fundamental Renovation Of The Intensive Care Or Imc Unit - Property Planning In Accordance With §§ 33 Hoai
Architectural, Engineering And Planning Services – Schön Klinik Neustadt - Fundamental Renovation Of The Intensive Care Or Imc Unit - Property Planning In Accordance With §§ 33 Hoai. There Is An Intensive And Intermediate Care Ward With Currently 18 Beds (Two 1-Bed, Four 2-Bed And Two 4-Bed Rooms) For Basic, Regular And Emergency Care. The Its / Imc Ward Is Concentrated In The Northern Area Of The East Wing, House 1. The Laboratory, Outpatient Tumor Center And Anesthesia Office Rooms Are Located In The Southern Area Of The East Wing. These Will Be Preserved And Continued To Be Used With A View To Preserving The Inventory. In The Converted Final State, The Its / Imc Ward In The East Wing Occupies The Area North Of The Lower Hallway On The 1St Floor Of House 1 And Provides 18 Beds, Divided Into 10 Its (Four 1-Bed Rooms And Three 2-Bed Rooms) And Eight Imc Beds (Four 2-Bed Rooms). The Outpatient Tumor Center Will Be Relocated As Part Of The Construction Project. During The Construction Project, The Existing Rooms Will Be Used As Alternative Space And Can Then Be Used As Office Space. This Follows The Idea Of Planning That Protects Existing Buildings And Enables Areas To Be Relocated Locally For A More Efficient Construction Process. The Building House 1 Was Built In 1994. It Is A Reinforced Concrete Frame Building With A Basement And 3 Floors Above Ground. The Expansion Was Largely Carried Out Using Lightweight Construction. The Existing Reinforced Concrete Ceilings Are Mostly Constructed As Flat Ceilings Without Joists. The Existing Ceiling Openings For The Ventilation Technology Can Be Reused For The New Supply. The Existing Ceilings Can Also Accommodate The Loads Of The Planned Ceiling Supply Units. Static Measures On The Ceiling Are Therefore Not Planned. In Order To Provide Adequate Lighting For The Work Areas, It Is Necessary To Create A Wall Breakthrough Through The Existing Reinforced Concrete Wall To The Inner Courtyard In Axis 16 / B-C. According To A Static Feasibility Test By The Horn & Horn Engineering Firm, The Reinforced Concrete Wall Is Replaced By A Steel Structure Consisting Of A Steel Beam And Steel Supports After The Breakthrough Has Been Created. The Construction Work Will Take Place During Ongoing Operations In Two Main Construction Phases. These Are Each Divided Into Further Construction Steps. Furthermore, Preparatory/Final Additional Measures Are Included Before And After. The Aim During The Construction Project Is To Keep The Number Of Beds As High As Possible. To Maintain Operations, Temporary Functional Areas Will Be Set Up Adjacent To The Construction Site. The Construction Site Access Is Essentially Via The Northern Facade From A Central Construction Site Facility In Order To Make The Paths As Short As Possible. The Services Were Provided By An Architectural Office Until The Lph 3 Property Planning Was Completed In Accordance With Section 33 Hoai. The Khubau Has Already Been Submitted And Approved. The Service Profile To Be Awarded Therefore Includes: - Service Phase 4 Of The Property Planning In Accordance With Section 34 Hoai; - Service Phases 5-8 Of Property Planning In Accordance With Section 34 Hoai As A Gradual And Optional Commission By Determination
