The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase, Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of Brand New: • 2 (Two) Stationary Power Generators With A Rated Power (Prp) Of At Least 99 Kw, Together With Dedicated Transport Trailers Intended For Their Transport, • 1 (One) Stationary Power Generator With A Rated Power (Prp) Of At Least 80 Kw For The Needs Of The Municipal Crisis Management Center (Gczk) In Czerników, • 7 (Seven) Power Generators With A Rated Power (Prp) Of At Least 14 Kw.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 9 To Swz.3. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Deliver, Unload, Place, Assemble And Perform The Necessary Electrical Works Related To The Installation Of A Power Generator With A Power Of At Least 80 Kw At Its Own Expense To The Municipal Crisis Management Center In Czernikowo, Ul. Juliusza Słowackiego 12,87-640 Czernikowo. Delivery Of Devices As Well As Assembly And Electrical Works Must Take Place On Working Days From Monday To Friday, From 8:00 A.M. To 3:00 P.M. In The Presence Of The Ordering Partys Representatives. The Date And Time Of Commencement Of These Activities Will Be Agreed By The Contractor At Least 5 Days In Advance. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Refuse To Allow Work To Take Place If A Date Has Not Been Agreed In Advance.4. Required Warranty Period For The Delivered: • Power Generators - 36 Months With An Operating Limit Of Not Less Than 1,000 Operating Hours (Depending On Which Event Occurs First), • Transport Trailers - 36 Months Without Mileage Limit, Counted From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol Of The Subject Of The Order Without Any Reservations.
